Baby Bird Adoption Process
Arizona Parrots Cove Is A Home Based Breeder And Is Not Open For Daily Walk In Visits. Our Babies Are Posted Here In Our Nursery As They Become Available. Once Posted Here A Deposi Can Be Placed To Reserve The Baby Until Fully Weaned. Deposits are 25% And Are Non Refundable Unless In The Event We Are Unable To Provide The Chosen Baby. We can provide additional pictures and video if needed before making a selection. Once deposit is placed on a baby you will receive weekly updates with photos/video of your new baby.

ALL Balances Are To Be Paid In Cash Upon Pick Up. Or may be made 24hours Prior to pick up by Zelle, Apple Pay or Cash App. We do not accept credit cards for balance.
You will be given at least A weeks notice before your new baby is ready to fly the coop. At that time we will also start scheduling a pick up date and time that works for you. Birds will be picked up here in our home in Coolidge,Az. We do not deliver nor meet in other locations for pick up.
*Appointments are scheduled for 30 minutes as we often have multiple babies leaving on the same day, so it is important you arrive on time for your scheduled time.
You will need to bring an appropriate carrier or small cage for pick up. We will not send your baby home with out a carrier. Cardboard Boxes Are NOT acceptable.
Guest Limit 2 People. Flying The Coop can be a stressful day for your baby. We recommend just one person coming for pick up and no more then 2 guest. (Sorry, No Childen). And once home we recommend only socializing your new baby with immediate family members for the first 7 days.
Yes, Although we do not recommend taking a baby before unweaned as a move in the middle of weaning can lead to an unhappy ending. If you are an experienced hand feeder we suggest taking over at no later than four weeks of age. If you have no prior experience with hand feeding we will not sell unweaned. There is NO discount for unweaned birds as well as NO GUARANTEE.
